Even if metastatic breast cancer cannot be cured, it can be treated. Treatment focuses on extending life and maintaining quality of life. Please, share your story and preferences in terms of treatments!

What are your (or the patient) expectations regarding a new treatment for metastatic breast cancer?
To what extent did you (or the patient) discuss the frequency of administration of your (or the patient’s) treatments for your (or the patient’s) metastatic breast cancer with your (or the patient’s) doctors?
To what extent are you (or the patient) concerned about whether the dosing is more than you (or the patient) need?

Hi @LizziB

I would love less side effects. Chemo was really rough, took a lot of time and took a lot out of me. I talked to the doctors about my treatment every few months or so. I never considered the dosing to be wrong, I trust my doctors, we have a good relationship.
