Is it possible to have IBD but only suffer from constipation, fatigue and very severe pain in lower left abdomen? Have received results of stool sample confirming inflammation and now waiting for emergency referral as taking coedine daily for pain (which isn't ideal as making constipation worse). Almost hoping for a diagnosis of IBD so that I can start treatment but looking at symptoms online I feel like mine don't match😫 just wondered if anyone else who has been diagnosed had the same.
