Hi Kerry. Yes I am currently going through a flare up. The first in a few years and boy it's back worse than ever. I don't feel particularly stressed although the weekly food shop experience does make me feel anxious.

Hi there. I came out of remission 3 weeks ago and yes it's pure hell right now. Double dosing on my Octasa, cant go any higher and taking Prednisolone foam again, nothing working. Not sure what the next step will be, and yes I hate food shopping when it flares up, infact I'm scared to go out incase of an accident if you get my drift! 😔

@Sarahvw it’s horrible when nothing is working and you don’t know what’s next! Keeping my fingers crossed for you that you start feeling a bit better soon! I’m in the exact same boat with being scared to go out too 😞

Thanks Kerry. Me too, finally felt comfortable enough to go back to work today after a week at home.

@Kerry_g I've been having more issues too, I think it's the stress, especially having to go back to work and working at a grocer's. Ever since I've gone back I've been in and out of the toilet, I think it's driving my bosses mad, but I have no choice.

The lockdown has currently coincided with my worst flare up to date. Which has gotten worse the longer it has gone on

@insaino86 I've seen this too in myself. I also have fibromyalgia and both conditions have never been worse than in lockdown.

Hi,
I’m curious to know how everyone has been since lockdown started?
I feel like everytime I leave the house I have the urgent need to use a bathroom but I wonder if it’s more of a psychological thing and I’m just overthinking the fact that it’s not possible to use public bathrooms now. I get really paranoid and anxious that I will need to go and there won’t be a bathroom available then the more I think about it the more I need to go.
Does this happen to anyone else?
