Been on 8 to 12 pentasa a day.for 20 plus years. No side effects experienced. The only thing i would say is they are on the large side to swallow. But a small price to.pay in helping with my uc.

Zero side effects and had a positive effect initially, helping for a few years, but it was clear it wasn't enough.

In time, something stronger was required.

The tablets are large, which I didn't mind but others might. Granules are available.
