Hi everyone, how are you doing today? π
Sleep apnoea is more common than many people realize, but talking about it can feel uncomfortable. Some people worry about the stigma, they might feel embarrassed about snoring, using a CPAP machine, or having a condition often associated with older adults. But the reality is sleep apnoea can affect people of all ages, shapes, and sizes.
β Have you ever felt embarrassed about your sleep apnoea?
β Did you hesitate to get diagnosed or use a CPAP because of how you felt about it?
β What helped you become more comfortable talking about it?
