Do you drink alcohol? If so, do you see a difference in your apnoea when you drink it? Does it make it worse? Better?

@jessyoucan I try to limit my drinking in general because it's not the best for you, but I've noticed in the past that I often get congested when I drink so my apnoea is worse. But that's just my experience.

Hi,
I havn't been on in a while but I've noticed recently that my partner has been drinking a bit more than usual for various reasons and oddly it seems like his apnoea has improved a bit... Has anyone else noticed this? You'd think it'd be the opposite, wouldn't you?
