Apparently any prescribed moisturiser works best when applied within three minutes of a bath or shower, while the skin is still warm. The dermatologist told me this and it does seem to be absorbed better. More of it ends up being absorbed and less rubbed off on your clothes :)

what i do is when in the shower i use a flannel to remove as much of the old dead skin as possible i then apply the treatment after drying this gets it to the red patches and slowly over time reduces the amount of patches have on my body .

Hello,
Do you have any tips or advice to share with other members to limit the appearance of plaques? (avoid using irritating products, apply a moisturizer after a bath ....)
If this is the case, do not hesitate to write them here. Or also feel free to ask any question.
Thanks for sharing!
All the best,
Gilda
