Not feeling very well at the moment. I have been in a downward spiral since the start of the month. we had a family holiday for 5 days, 9 people in total. I made a comment after we returned and it started an argument with my wife which sent going right down. I was just functioning not talking or eating regular meals. My wife phoned my consultant for me to see him. I accused her of interfering in my mental health. I cancelled the appointment as i do not feel i was at the place to see him. I am fighting a battle of wills now and I know I am hurting my wife.

Had a real bad day money went missing from my bank account n trying to deal with banks is a nightmare. Im on benefits n evry penny counts £7.50 strangly went missing n then a direct debit for my phone came out which then put me overdrawn. I was on the 24/7 bank helpline from 3am trying to sort it as it was stressing me out longstory short they wouldnt help me n i remember banks bein bailed out billions n they cudnt give me my £7.50 back n now overdrawn they know i suffered from mental health issues anxiety n depression this didnt make any difference. I had no food had to go foodbank n the whole event just made me realise how little banks think of custumers. It never got sorted i feel do drained n ended up at my mums grave crying asking for her help unfortunately it didnt work feels like no one really cares about people anymore both my parentsare dead n im a only child no1 to turn to the world isny a nice place

Every day is a winding road one minute you're up the next you're down depending how the day goes. What makes my day special is seeing robin's appear looking for food and posing for photographs

Better today after having mh breakdown in the early hours on Sunday. I have existed with low self esteem and unpleasant relationship problems in the past which have led to me believing I am not worthy. Since that Sunday experience, during which I had intense suicidal thoughts and ideation, the worst such experience I've had in many years. I have been soul searching and I'm beginning to reach out to friends for reassurance and validation and I'm beginning to feel wanted at last, something I have not recognised for so long. I have throughout my life been very introverted since early childhood for me was a very negative experience, won't go into detail but most of the time, I was not a happy child. Not all my life experiences have been bad, as I now approach 70 years on this planet I feel I have to make the most of what time I have left.
