Hello everyone :)

Spring has certainly sprung and even though we can all enjoy the longer and brighter days, spring can sometimes cause COPD to trigger due to allergies.

Does spring aggrevate your COPD? What do you do to combat it?

I like neither season, as it's either too cold, too rainy, too hot or too dry for me.
