I find that using an isotonic nasal spray morning and night helps.
Could give it a try?

I constantly feel like I'm choking from all the mucus in my throat. Would a decongestant help do you think or would it just make it worse?

I have the opposite problem - my throat and nose are very dry! It itches and I sneeze and cough even more than usual. Does anyone have the same thing?

I also have a lot of mucus and have been drinking mullein tea and green tea and think it helps a little but I used to be on carbosisteine but now on nacsys so not sure which one is helping a bit. Thanks

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. Recently I've been having trouble with constant mucus and a feeling of discomfort in the throat. Does anyone else have this? Do you have any good remedies?
Thanks,
Phil
