I feel like breathing has taken over my life after being hospitalised end of January with a serious exacerbation . I am so frightened of it happening again

Hi there, totally understandable.

Just a change in the weather can trigger it

I am learning that it can be quite isolating, which isnt good for your wellbeing.

Hopefully some better weather soon will give you a little more confidence and positivity.
