I really enjoyed the spiritual feeling of the temple and was snap happy with my phone camera
Really feeling the benefits and feeling happier that I'm now able to eat and drink almost anything, including chilli, and greasy foods, wahoo
I had heard that the sun has been out back home from friends on Facebook although still chilly, I'm looking forward to home and the cooler whether, as am a little sore with sun burn
I've also been for food tonight at Gecko Garden, had Newzealand Ribeye Steak, Chips and all the trimmings
Getting crazed by mosquito's flying around me, have a habit of clapping and killing them, creating a kill count each day 24 so far today
*Hugs wrapped with warm Love*

Well visited another temple today, but haven't finished uploading the pics yet, killed my phone battery trying as wifi at the hotel is so slow, will try to complete it tomorrow and share the pics, also been to my fave cafe here, had a chocolate frappé, complete with cream and chocolate sprinkles on top
Then this evening I've been to Riverside Restaurant, for a River Cruise, and meal, I had a Chiang Mai Sausage Pizza and Chips, Chiang Mai Sausage is a bit like pepperoni, only very spicy
I have a bad belly again tonight and is not food related, just the remainder of my food poisoning, so have taken another CA-R-BON capsule tonight, so hoping that helps, although if not I'll have an injection, again tomorrow when I visit the hospital, going down to price up, and hopefully have removed, the pillar cyst on my spine, feeling a touch nauseous after the charcoal, so may need the injection and some more Motilium M anti sickness Tablets, if my bad belly persists
But at least I've had a good day and am nowhere near as bad as I've been, no antibiotics left, so may need another course of them
*Warm hugs wrapped gently from a sunburnt me, with Love*

The chocolate frappe sounds good.
Go easy on what you are eating though as you did were quite ill at the beginning. x
Hope that you sunburn soon gets more comfortable for you; I am actually quite jealous as today is yet another cold day here.
I just wish that I could stay in tonight in front of the log burner instead of going to the Friday club that I help to lead.
Have a great time in doing whatever it is that you are up to today. x
Chilly hugs , gliding your way.

Went to town/the night bazzar again today, went to O'Malley's Irish pub for food, the food there was the best I've had the whole time I've been here, and reasonably priced, for both food and drink, I also had one small bottle of Singha Beer, as a treat
I'm hoping to call at the local hospital tomorrow again, I still have a bad belly, see if there is anything they can do to help, perhaps another injection, as I feel nauseous since my antibiotics finished, and can't hold my guts all that long, the CA-R-BON is helping a little, but not really enough, also want to get a price to have the pillar cyst removed from my back, as it's so itchy and annoying, my GP's told me the NHS won't remove it, and I was told to go private, so should be a lot cheaper to get it done out here, then I'll finally be able to lay on my back without pain and discomfort, or lean back in a chair, just really hope they will do it
I have to be out of the hotel between 2pm and 3pm anyway, as their fumigating tomorrow, hospital should be quiet during the day, as people will be busy celebrating the Chinese New Year
Bought a few presents for friends back home, whilst shopping at the Night Bazzar tonight.
Had an all round good day complete with swimming in the pool this morning, and a trip round the corner to the local cafe, one of my favourite places, where I drink iced frappé, or Redbull
Sunburn is finally cooling a bit, not so sore now
*Hugs wrapped with oodles of warm Love*

Lovely to read that you are making the most of your time in Thailand
I can always remember when we have been in Cuba trying to get out of the way of the 'fumigators' which went round around 6 pm.
I hope that all goes well at the hospital for you.
Gentle hugs

I didn't get chance to go to the hospital today, my family said don't because of inflated treatment costs because of Chinese New Year, so I took a CA-R-BON to settle my stomach, and today went shopping at a few shopping mall's but only intended to go to one, went to the Promenada Resort Mall first, we were taken there, the wrong Mall, by our minibus , eventually got a Red Car to where we originally planned, the MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center, it was awesome, I went to get my favourite peanuts (Koh Kae, Wasabi & Tom Yum Coated Peanuts) not available in the UK, and bought a new plain black peak cap to be painted, at Bo Sang when I go on Monday, with a nice Thai hand painted design

Been to the Sunday Market tonight, it was horribly busy, did buy a few things, but was glad to get away from there, went back to O'Malley's Irish Pub tonight for food, also had some live entertainment, now off to bed, up early in the morning, breakfast, then off to the Hot Springs, my sunburn is driving me crazy still, but I did find back scratchers on the market tonight, but hope to go get the lump removed from my back on Tuesday
Hope all is well in the UK, and that the weather is improving
*Warm Hugs, wrapped gently with sunshine and Love*

I'm feeling really suicidal, the psychiatrist cancelled my appointment, and I don't see my counsellor or support worker until next week, I have made a plan to take my own life, something I've never really done before, but before I resort to carrying out that plan, I'm trying to find ways to get the treatment I need. One last attempt to try to be rational, I've thought of trying to see the Police PCSO's to get across just how bad I feel, in the hope that they can help me get some emergency treatment, or I've also thought of going to the drug and alcohol project, to the walk-in service, and speaking with them to ask for their assistance, as they have their own psych team, but their so overstretched, that seeing them is impossible, but if I tell them of my intentions, perhaps they may make an exception, I can't think of any other way I can access emergency treatment, going to A&E is not an option, as it's too far to travel, I'd likely carry out my plan before I get there, and A&E have this nasty way of deliberately treating me so badly they make me feel worse, and make mistakes like giving me things I can harm myself with, so I have no trust for A&E.
Are there any other ways to access emergency treatment, knowing you need treatment to continue to keep yourself safe?
