I think it’s best for everyone to have the vaccine unless your doctors advise you not to

We both have had the Pfizer vaccine, no side effects, just and aching arm a feeling a bit tired. Yes I agree, it is up to the individual whether they have the vaccine or not, but do feel that the sooner we all do have it, the sooner we can get back to some sort of normality. Havn't seen my family since Christmas 2019, miss them, can't wait to meet up with family and friends again.

@MrSmith Thank you for sending a link , I am allergic to some drugs also adverse reactions . Had Oxford Zeneca vaccine on Tuesday with a few of the said side effects occuring like aching joints , but expected that as I have arthritis in multi joints. In my case its made me feel a little flu like with soreness at injection. But no major side effects.

I too had Astra Zenica, but fortunately, apart from slightly sore arm and very low temperature the 2nd day, I was absolutely fine. Your reaction proves that the vaccine is fighting the virus, not allowing it to penetrate your body, and that is a good sign.
Stay safe and take care

Hello everyone,
How are you today?
The pharmaceutical groups Pfizer (USA) and BioNTech (Germany) announced on Monday 9 November that their vaccine candidate is 90% "effective" in preventing Covid-19 infections, according to preliminary results of their large-scale phase 3 trial, which is still ongoing.
What do you think about this? Do you plan to be vaccinated as soon as the COVID-19 vaccine is on the market?
Feel free to discuss and share in the comments below!
Take care,
Courtney
