@Sandra3 thanks for the advice I will look at the government site again. I sleep well I get my shopping delivery ok each week so we are ok for food. I am retired so do not work anyway. I do miss certain things I cannot go out and do but I know i am doing what’s right right for me during the virus problems. The thing that really annoys me is not being able to see my family when I want to. All but one live a distance away . And the one closest is also self isolating due to health issues she also has asthma. But luckily I have access to FaceTime with them all.

Had problems sleeping for many years. Sleep aid tablets don't make me sleep, but when I do I can't wake up and I'm just so lethargic after. My arthritis doesn't help as I'm continuously having to move my legs. Maybe a bit of Restless leg syndrome. Get quite agitated sometimes especially when I'm really really tired and can't remedy it.

I got a letter from my GP to stay in for 12 weeks, because I have COPDand other chronic illness, my sleep is gone to hell restless at night can't settle, I have a form of brittle bones and supposed to walk as much as possible th keep my muscles strong to support my bones, but now my legs are hurting and weak, I am afraid to go out without a proper mask N95 to hopefully keep me safe.

I've had no letter stating to stay in . I have COPD, DIABETES TYPE 2, FIBROMYALGIA, AND POLYCYTHAEMIA. When I call my GPS they say it's not up to them to send out letters ? Do who do I contact? Any suggestions pleas
