Thanks @nineteen_gale for all the good information. I will check Google for turmeric for health information. I’ve had to stop turmeric for now as it caused me so much pain and upset. I think it may be more useful to make my own turmeric gold paste. I’ll let you know how it goes. Your information is has been so valuable. I appreciate your time and care that you take in responding to me. God bless and I hope that you are having a good period yourself. Thank you 🙏 xx

I am glad you found he information valuable. yes, it is indeed safer to take Turmeric powder made into a Golden paste or Turmeric milk than to take the supplements. i am taking both and i do not have any problems. Some people have had indigestion with the supplements, but they are short lived. Once your body gets used to it, the pain wares off. You do what ever is best for you. Do read the website.it is indeed full of valuable information. make sure that you use the black pepper and fats such as Extra Virgin Olive oil or coconut oil. I take the Olive oil. Turmeric is better absorbed in milk than in water. I use almond or cashew nut milk. Do let me know how you get on
Good luck Shirley

Osteoarthritis is the most form of arthritis and it most commonly occurs in the spine, hands, hips, knees and spine.
Where does your osteoarthritis affect you? Is it just one location or several?
Please let us know and share your experiences:)
