I have just started on this as I’m allergic to a lot of meds and cannot take any inflammatories. I don’t tbh find any medication fully effective for my conditions. I have break through pain constantly. Meloxicam along with other pain meds do help a bit. I have no side effects from this as of yet. Bonus for me
