Can i just ask what were your main symtoms of Fibro?

Hi I am living with fibromyalgia and arthritis I suffer really bad headaches mood swings can't stand loud noise I also have left side kidney failire  my consultant says it needs to come out but it meansdays laying in bed as I am not one for lying about in fact I am in A big flare up that has been going on for more than a month also when I am like this I am not in the mood for visitors all I want to do is if not sleep scream because my body lets me down I also need to know if there is a group for the people living with fibroymalgia and CFs in kilmarnock

Hello everyone, my fibromyalgia gives me bad pain in the neck shoulders, elbows, hands, fingers hips legs etc. Oesteo only in my lower back so far. Fibromyalgia causes fibro fog, which makes me unable to think clearly and outside of the pain is probably the worst part. Inability to sleep for long drives me crazy and I often fall asleep mid afternoon as a result. The only treatment is painkillers and antidepressants and it is hard to know which is worse

I have had fibro for a couple of years but could be longer, fibro fog is the worse especially when you use ATM machines. I do get get pain but seems to be more on left side than the right side. Dont sleep very much and seem to be function on just three hours sleep. IBS is another thing you get but varies from person to person. I dont like laying down in bed and try to keep moving about all the time as your muscles freeze up and it makes them very stiff and sore.  I used to be on a lot of meds but came off them as making me a zombie so now only have two tramadol tabs a day along with 1 x perpindril which is to control blood pressure.
