I have jackhammer esophogus which Botox injections where once mentioned by a consultant briefly?? Maybe it was a money decision not the quality of my life that was at the table that day, I wonder if I should ask again.

Hi, I have had focal Dystonia for 15years and have Botox in my neck roughly every 3 months . My last injections were in December and since then i have had 3 appointments cancelled due to covid. I have got steadily worse over the months, even walking creates tensions and pain. I have an appointment on this Friday and dreading looking in the post box. Anyone else in the same boat?

I know what you mean.
I am pretty surprised how my neck "condition" impacted my self esteem and confidence.
I am quite mature and I could not look at anyone. Never felt like going out, etc...
I thought I could have handled this better.

Hello, I'm the first to talk, I hope I'm in the right place... I have cervical dystonia and the longer it goes on, the more it impacts my daily life. I feel like people are staring at me, that the girls I meet don't look at me very much... Is it in my head or do you have that feeling too?
Thank you very much...
