i have stage 2 copd, i started full time work last year as a domestic in a care home and i feel great. Im getting plenty of exercise, and when i had my annual medical i was told i have improved greatly and im a lot healthier my oxygen levels have went up and i dont rely on my inhalers as much as i used to.
