I would have interested in seeing replies to your question as my COPD has become noticeably worse over the last year. Unfortunately there were none. Hopefully this will change as this is a sore point. Best wishes anyway. RL

Hi Robert I'm John and the same with me my copd has worsened over the last 6 months,i find 15 minute strolls with my two king Charles a great help as tbey stop and pee at nearly every tree and lamppost in my north Dublin estate hence I get some fresh air and a minimal walk😀

Unfortunately I have lost a fair amount of body mass and my mooch is now too much to handle for walks. Luckily as I live beyond the Pale in Darkest Co. Roscommon I have a large 'garden' he can run round in and terrorise the local wildlife. However, getting the coal in and doing basic household chores keeps me 'active' and sane. (I think)

Not sure how they are determined but I know there are four and I am at stage four but have been quite steady for a while now so I am not dwelling on it.

Have recently been diagnosed with COPD and would like to know has your doctor talked to you about COPD stages? Apparently there are several of them. Mine hasn't but I've seen it on the internet. Does anybody know how it is determined?
