No I don’t experience any of them symptoms, but no matter what stage you are at, try and stay as active as you can within your ability, it’s the only way to slow the disease down

Hello everyone,
How are you doing today?
Living with COPD can often bring on chest tightness or discomfort, which can be unsettling and frustrating. This feeling may show up during physical activity, cold weather, or even at rest, making it harder to breathe comfortably. Sometimes it feels like your chest just won’t expand the way it should, as if there’s a weight pressing down.
Managing this tightness can involve a combination of breathing exercises, medication, and lifestyle adjustments. For example, some people find that pursed-lip breathing helps relieve that sense of pressure, while others turn to gentle stretching or relaxation techniques.
Do you frequently experience chest tightness or discomfort?
What helps you find relief when this happens?
Have you noticed any patterns or triggers that worsen your symptoms?
