@Uk_tractor That's odd that they said you don't qualify. Did they give an explanation why? If not I'd say you should get a second opinion because that's not right that they denied you treatment and information.

I wasn't given any answer at all. Only a text. Which i found disrespectful. I think i may put in a letter of complaint to my practice about the whole episode, which has been on going for a number of years now.

I'm now 70.yrs old. My partner of 20yrs. Is 59. I have been on at my doctor for a number of years now about this. But to no avail, even hospital said,"i don't qualify". This ruining our relationship, it's so frustrating.
