I suffer from chronic brittle asthma and COPD, type 2 diabetes, osteoarthritis, onset osteoporosis, plus numerous other less serious issues. It is a balancing act working out what you can do or not do. My biggest problem is sorting my diet out, what I can or can't eat, my son and I did a food diary which helped but it is almost impossible to stick to it 100%..
All I can suggest is to keep a diary to find out what you can do that doesn't aggravate your illnesses and don't worry too much. Life with multiple illnesses is complicated but not impossible.
I run a Facebook group Dorset Asthma and COPD support group if you want to join you are more than welcome.
