Even the smallest thing can be impossible some days, but the worst thing for me is never being able to sit comfortably without having a spike after 30 seconds

Walking . I have been suffering for some time with a very painful situation in the lower back. I have just been examined and the conclusion seems to be that my problem is caused by a nerve problem. so I assume Sciatica, But there does not appear to be any suitable medicines for this problem, And I am prepared to try any type of CB oil, But which one?

Hello everyone,
How are you doing today?
This seems like an important discussion! Chronic pain can affect even the simplest everyday tasks, making things like tying shoelaces or using a computer mouse feel overwhelming. Many people face challenges when trying to balance pain with daily responsibilities, and it's helpful to share what works or doesn’t work.
So, what everyday tasks do you find the hardest to manage with chronic pain? Is there a particular activity that you have to adapt because of wrist, knee, or back pain? How have you adjusted your routine to make things easier?

@Somya.P I can barely get out of bed everyday and then it is hard to just do the simplest housework and I have been trying to do a Microsoft Excel course but with the pain and depression I was supposed to do an exam this morning but I just could not do it. My back had me up all night in agony and down to my leg spasming. I am just so fed up with everything that there really is no point anymore.

@katz38 Hi there,
I’m really sorry to hear that you’re going through such a tough time right now. I just want to acknowledge how much strength it takes to even consider doing something like an Excel course when you’re in so much pain everyday, that’s a big achievement in itself. Please know that what you’re feeling is valid, and reaching out like this is an important step. Don’t hesitate to share more if you need support. We’re here to listen.
Take care,
Somya from the Carenity Team 🌼

Hello everyone,
Chronic pain can manifest itself either in one location or all over your body. Today we are asking you all, what everyday task do you find the most difficult? If you suffer from chronic wrist pain, is it having to work with a mouse at work? Is it bending down to tie your shoelaces with the pain in your knees?
Please share, it is good to share our different experiences and feel supported!
