Mobile applications to fight against pain
To fight against chronic pain, many applications have emerged. Easily accessible to all, these applications are excellent tools for patients to manage and measure their pain. Discover the following applications (which are all free) and share the ones you use!
Manage my Pain
This application allows you to track, analyse and share your pain. It takes just 60 seconds a day to input how you’re feeling and in turn, they will provide you with a graph to show how your pain and condition has developed over time. You can also customise the app to fit perfectly with your needs.
Flaredown for Chronic Illness
This application is perfect for tracking and discovering the source of flare-ups for chronic illnesses. It allows you to track food sensitivity, your mental health, medications, weather, physical activity and natural treatments. Just like, “Manage my Pain”, it provides you with graphs and recommendations in order to properly manage and control your illness.
Pathways Pain relief
This application is based off the best-selling book, Pathways to Pain Relief. Pathways provides users with methods to control and deal with their chronic pain. They have a wealth of resources, such as personalised pain therapy sessions and tips for managing your daily pain. This is a must-have for anyone dealing with chronic pain.
And of course...Carenity!
Without being 100% dedicated to pain, the Carenity application allows you to always keep in your pocket the other members of the forum and the latest news in the health sector.
Download the Carenity mobile app, or any of the above apps, from the App Store or Google Play.
