@Polina.K I have no balance because of nerve damage, so any kind of exercise involving slow movements or standing still with limbs held out, would have me in a heap in seconds LOL

@Polina.K l cannot do it. My balance is off so I bought myself a dvd / booklet about Tai Chi some years ago. Thinking it could help me. I tried it for a month or two but didn’t feel it had any positive affect on me.

I would recommend you try Tai Chi if you have arthritis. I always saw a bunch of people doing it in the park and thought it was a bit kooky. But nowI’m a believer. I’ve been going for about 5 months, I’ve made a few friends and it helps my joints. The slow motions are also a bit meditative if you haven’t tried yet, it’s worth it to check out.
