I always feel isolated by my illness it effects my all life I'm in pain continually and have problems moving about and find I can't do things I should be able to do at my age (53) so I don't go out it's easier

Hello everyone,
Many sufferers of long-term, chronic illnesses refer to the transition into coming to terms with their illness as being difficult. There comes a time when you have to accept that your life has changed and your illness has become a part of you now.
We recently did a testimonial with a sufferer of rheumatoid arthritis who talked about overcoming the feelings of isolation that her limited mobility initially created in her.
