Hi, I have been diagnosed with RA for about six months. I have lost about 10kg during this time without intention. Should I be worried?

No, decreased appetite and subsequent weight loss is actually both a symptom and side effect of RA. I have palindromic RA and lost 11 pounds in 11 days when I had a really bad flare.
