@Raythebaker Hello Ray,
Thank you for sharing your advice to other members, we recently included turmeric in our article about "Food to Heal" because there seems to be a lot of positive things being said about it. If you like, you can read our article by clicking HERE.
Have any other members tried turmeric? Did it help you? Are you interested in it?

@jjan3t Hello Jan,
You can take turmeric in capsules and you can find them at health stores :) @Raythebaker sent me a message with more advice:
"Hi, you can buy the tumeric in 500 mg tablets start off with 1 a day and then gradually increase to 2 a day. After a week you can take 4 a day. It is also very beneficial to digestive system. Hope this helps. Ray"
Thanks for your advice Ray!

@JosephineO
i have recently started to take Tumetic & black pepper. I find I don't have enough time in the day sometimes to take it as I take so many other medications. I'm hoping to feel the difference so I will let you know.

I’ve been taking turmeric for several months and it really does make a difference to my pain level. I would recommend it to anyone.

Every morning I take a mixture of Apple cider vinegar (from the mother), Cinnamon, ginger, lemon juice and turmeric in hot water. I take the mixture first thing, on an empty stomach. It’s VERY difficult to take, hot and spicy, I HOPE it’s doing me good all these ingredients are supposed to reduce inflammation. I also take garlic, because I have Sarcoidosis and ginseng supplement to try to get some energy.

I have also just started taking turmeric with black pepper 600mg and glucosamine & chondroitin (maximum strength) both from Holland & Barrett. I was recommended these by a 70yr old gent who has had RA for 40 years. He walks without a stick, has no joint deformities and tells me its all down to these supplements. I will let you know how I get on... I reckon nothing ventured nothing gained.
