Hi Amber,
sorry to hear your suffering, I get psoriasis in patches here and there on my body, I have been using Exorex lotion and cream, I find that these work well.
its not a fast recover process, but Iv found if you persevere putting the treatment on once or twice daily it alleviates it, and over time it helped to get rid of a lot of my psoriasis.
I managed to get my psoriasis under control by obtaining a dietary book for psoriasis published by a Dr John Pegano, I stuck to the diet for 6 weeks and nearly all of my psoriasis cleared up, but I also lost a lot of weight a bit too much if I'm honest from 13 to 11 st, so I gradually started eating more again, I now don't have to stick so regimented to the diet, but when my psoriasis starts to come back I just follow the diet again.
I really hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Gary x

@Amberl481 AMBER 1481 the best thing i have used to soften my hands n feet are a cup of porridge oats in a pair of my wifes tights cut off at knee high put cup full of porridge oats in tights tie it up then put into water let it soak a little till water goes milky then pick up stocking and wash hands and feet with it keep doing this for as many times as you like you will see a difference in a week or in days ,the more you do it the quicker you get softer skin .Neil

Hi I am Pam this is me age 3 I knew I was odd then but I was only diagnosed with Lupus in 2001 so a very long time between birth and diagnosis. I have both RA PsA and Ehlers-Danlos Vlll. The lack of knowledge in SE England has destroyed my body and I have had numerous private hospital operations until we couldn't afford private health. I am only on hear to try to stop others going through the same problems as I have. The problem now is teeth as I know with the most rare type of EDS, you have to be genetically proved for this type, now I have the proof the Hospitals won't give you implants unless the local authority says yes. When I think back a Hospital was there for anyone at need. No longer it seems. I am trying to get an NHS in Need Day to support the NHS and to help the public to understand if you abuse the NHS we will lose the NHS.

I have psoriasis nearly all over my body. I’m currently using Enstilar which is working great but not on my hands and feet. Can anyone recommend the best cream to use on theses areas. I know have psoriasis coming in between my fingers and on the sides of my feet and back of my ankle. Seems to be just spreading everywhere! Any suggestions please 😊
