I can cope with most of my health problems but struggle with my diabetes , it is more the stress of remembering to take the sixty odd medicines at the right time .If I have a bad night for any reason I become very stressed and it can become a vicious circle so I will try and have a lie down in the afternoon to relax and calm down not necessarily to sleep though
