I suffer with severe Raynaud's Syndrome; my blood circulation is poor; and getting blood oxygen in to my limbs during the cold winter months is difficult, especially when trying any form of exercise. I'm also getting cramp in the calf-muscles and sometimes feet.
I've began drinking tonic water; as someone mentioned it could help.
Any help or suggestions on how to improve the blood circulation, especially during the winter, would be appreciated.
