I have never heard of these patches are they helpful with back pain as well as joint pain

@Pippadog My friend once gave me some and they were rubbish at controlling hip/back pain. I prefer CuraHeat "belts"they are amazingly good at keeping muscle spasms under control.

I’ve heard lidocaine patches help with numbing a certain area- I have loads of pain in my joints but I'm just now learning about these. Have you tried them and do they work?
