@YorkshireJayne
Thanks for your reply. I shall pass on your tonic water tip to my daughter as she is the one with the rls.
l am awaiting a further appointment with regards to my pins and needles. It started a year after l started injecting weekly methotrexate injections in my thighs. And I have tried injecting my stomach but find it difficult due to limited mobility in wrists so injecting legs is easier. Hope you are well?
Regards
Mandy

@Mandy59 I hope it helps her like it has me, it's an awful thing to have.
My friend was on an immune suppressant and the only side effect she had was she felt rubbish for a couple of days afterwards. You'd think that they would find an easier way of giving it wouldn't you? I know I'd struggle to grip the injection and get it into my stomach. Fingers crossed it's something simple they can help you with.
I'm okay thanks, just absolutely knackered all the time with the follicular lymphoma. It makes me laugh how you suffer with an autoimmune disease, then along comes a cancer associated with autoimmune diseases! You couldn't make it up could you? As if we don't have enough to deal with.
Take Care

@YorkshireJayne
Sorry to hear you are having an awful time.
l send you my best wishes and hope you get enough rest to help you deal with what you are having to go through.
Yes, you are so right as if having to put up with an autoimmune disease wasn’t enough. Then along comes an add on. Blooming infuriating.
Take care of yourself.
All the best.

@Mandy59 Thanks Mandy, I try to live as normally as I can without overdoing things and have a "nana nap" most days. It's a slow growing cancer, so I may never need treatment, but if I do, I'll take it and see what happens. I've always been a glass half full person, so what will be, will be and all that!
Take care x

Hi,
I suffer from restless leg syndrome (RLS) and it often disrupts my sleep. Does anyone else have this problem? What do you do?
