To be honest it's not something i have thought about, but it is a good question. I know have to write down appointments in the calender on my phone with alarms as my memory isn't as.it was. Or to do lists are my new favourite 😆. Now that I think about it there are not enough hours in the day to do things as it takes me longer to do housework. Night time is longer though as I don't sleep well, so its a mixed bag for me regarding perception of time. Trying to plan ahead I find helpful although it doesn't always work it does help sometimes. Keep strong warriors we live to tell our tale another day

Hello everyone! 😊
Multiple sclerosis can impact many aspects of daily life, including how we experience time. For some, days filled with fatigue and exhaustion feel never-ending, while others find time slipping away because tasks take longer, requiring more breaks and recovery periods.
👉 How has MS changed your perception of time? Do certain days feel especially long or short? Why?
👉 Has it affected how you handle appointments, schedules, or routines?
👉 Do you feel frustrated or pressured because you can’t do as much as before?
👉 How do you use your time more efficiently or make your days more enjoyable?
