Yes, I have issues with continence because of MS. It goes 3 ways, really:
Normal urination.
Frequency or incontinence of urine.
Or difficulty to even start emptying.
For the last one, I've had bagged catheters put in, and I now self-catheterise as and when needed.

I suffered bladder problems before I was diagnosed with MS I learned to cope by careering a large fabric conditioner bottle in boot of my car then I could pretend to look for something in the boot when releaving myself used it a lot when stopping at motorway service station because toilets are long way from the entrance

I have bladder issues but these are well controlled by medication and I wear a small pad during the day to help with this.
