Has anyone else been diagnosed with vestibular migraines, or experienced something similar? How have you managed the symptoms, and did anything help with the off-balance feeling?
Please feel free to join in the discussion and share your experience—it could be really helpful to other members too!
Take care,

Hi Everyone, I hope you are having a good day today.
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2007 and have crawled my way through over the years ( hard work). I have now been diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine. This started with what I call BPPV episode that I have had before - it leaves me with a residual off balance feeling that causes ear pain, concentration issues, a dizzy brain foggy feeling, tingling in ears and tinitus .... the diagnosis has thrown me a little as it seems related to the FM. I have been off kilter now for 46 days and tbh, cant seem to get it to settle. I am on my 5th week sick from work and feeling confused, firstly by the diagnosis and is this off balance going to go away?
Are there any of you who have Vestibular Migraine and what is your experience ?
