I am quite lucky, I have been on wait and watch since my diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma 5 years ago, I have had no side effects from any treatment

I have MPN / MDS unclassified blood cancer, and when the drs put me on Hydroxyurea, I found fatigue a major problem, which I could only cope with by pacing myself doing anything even slightly strenuous

Hello everyone,
Cancer treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, or targeted therapies often come with challenging side effects that can be tough to handle in daily life. Fatigue, hair loss, nausea, and even cognitive issues are just a few of the difficulties many people face.
What side effects have you personally experienced, and how have you managed to overcome them? Do you have any tips for easing these effects (natural remedies, psychological support, calming activities)?
