Hi there,
my body tells me when the weather is changing, as the air gets cooler or more humid, my arthritic hips and my AS certainly let me know. In the autumn/winter the pain levels get much higher. It always comes as a surprise, as during the spring/summer the pain lessons and In my mind I have forgotten how bad the previous winter was...
I wish I had therapies that helped, I have Naproxen and slow release morphine and while they do help with the base level of pain, it is very debilitating when the weather changes.

Do you notice a change between seasons? What about with increased humidity? Has your ankylosing spondylitis gotten better or worse? Have you been doing any therapies to help?
