I cannot believe she was refused treatment point blank !
So in reality you're calling him a liar ! I've had no calls of my doctor or a since a heart attack or a cardiologist which until Covid would have been unthinkable. My mother's wet eye, dry eye and myopia all in one aged 90 .Pre Covid they were talking on reviving her sight. Now she's 10% tunnel vision and will go blind .There was no one else to see her . Shes now lost the use of her legs apart from standing and around the house so wheelchair when out. My brother had blood problems. Nearly lost his leg. Was on anti biotics. He's diabetic so these problems aren't unusual. So maybe that's why him being double vaccinated wasn't mentioned????
You don't get offered alternative hospitals after being denied treatment. It's "sorry due to the pandemic we aren't operating as normal and appointments will be delayed " with an emergency Web number underneath.

Both my wife have had our vaccinations ,1st Vaccination in February 2021,and 2nd Vaccinations in April 2021,as now both done and makes life easier..Personally i never got any affects from either vaccination of Astra Zenica, and my Wife had an aching arm after 1st vaccination, but no effects after 2nd dose.My wife is diabetic and never had anymore affects from vaccinations ,so both were fine ,and we would if ever reqd have the booster if reqd.

@HarryChubb... Who said I'm calling him a liar? I never said that so don't get things mixed up here. It seems no one can say anything against any anti-vaxers on this site... When calling my doctors rooms, they have always called me back, given me advice, sent prescriptions through to my pharmacy in an emergency when needed, given urgent blood results etc. even if the doctor cannot see me or phone me himself.
Our hospitals here seldom refuse treatment to anyone needing emergency treatment, whether they are covid inundated or not.

Seldom being the object word ! I'd personally rather die at home on my own than go to a hospital, especially with Covid. The way the news channels and social outlets portray those won't take the vax is disgusting. [This content has been moderated by an administrator]

I've got a chance of a stay in Australia for a month so like many my age I'll no doubt take the jab or I won't be going anywhere. What a sad world when most take [This content has been moderated by an administrator] At 67 I'm not particularly bothered TBH as a life of social distancing, masks and forced vaccinations isn't a world I feel content in ! It's become an ugly world where PC rules unless it's over vaccinations then you can call people whatever you like .!

Too much admin on this group. You lied in as such as I quoted what you said ,yet you feel free to censor my reply . I thought this was discussion but in reality you're as frightened of critical thinking regarding government policy as the BBC.

@mr chipps I am sorry, I haven’t seen all of the messages on here but I don’t think there’s anything offensive that I have seen, however there’s no reason or excuse for anyone to be abusive.

@MalcWest333 I am purely putting things straight here...I am not responsible for censoring people's comments or moderating people's comments as an Admin. I am also not a 'liar' as I am accused of in this discussion.
This discussion has gone far enough and has now upset more than one person in the process, including me.
Thank you.

Hello everyone,
How are you today?
The pharmaceutical groups Pfizer (USA) and BioNTech (Germany) announced on Monday 9 November that their vaccine candidate is 90% "effective" in preventing Covid-19 infections, according to preliminary results of their large-scale phase 3 trial, which is still ongoing.
What do you think about this? Do you plan to be vaccinated as soon as the COVID-19 vaccine is on the market?
Feel free to discuss and share in the comments below!
Take care,
Courtney
