My Dog, I’ve trained her using The Pets as Therapy guidelines, to bring smiles to others. She just fills me with an almost painful love because I know she won’t hurt me, She’s loyal, gentle and funny. It’s all I can cope with.

My darling husband - he's my best friend and does whatever needs to be done, even though he's got health problems too. I have always called him my rock, but since new year he's been my mountain and I'm so grateful to have him XXX ❤️

My husband Barry has been my rock throughout thick & thin! Also our 2 gorgeous daughters who are grown up with families of their own! None of them ever forget to treat me with so much love and care! This helps greatly regardless of ill health!

My husband has been wonderful and supportive during all my 32 years of marriage to him!
My dog, Rhodie, is also so special and came with us from South Africa to Northern Ireland!
My epilepsy has been a hard condition to live with for 46 years but my mother was my pillar of strength when I was first diagnosed. She still is today! My brother and sister-in-law have also always been there for me!
I have hundreds of friends on social media, i.e. Facebook and Twitter (who I don't know). They are all supportive and we have great communication between us, as well as showing care for others in the same predicament.
Wishing everyone a Happy Valentine's Day and to Michael and all the men out there, perhaps next year I can be your Valentine!

Hello members,
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and we’re all thinking about the special people in our lives.
So I wanted to ask: Who means the world to you?
Whether a spouse or significant other, a child, parent, a really good friend, a carer or even a pet - who has been the greatest source of comfort and support through all the symptoms of your condition? Maybe it's just one person. Maybe it's a whole town full of people!
Give a shoutout to the person or people who have always been there for you!
