Valentine’s Day emoticon heart is just around the corner and we’re all thinking about the special people in our lives.

So I wanted to ask: Who means the world to you?

Whether a spouse or significant other, a child, parent, a really good friend, a carer or even a pet - who has been the greatest source of comfort and support through all the symptoms of your condition? Maybe it's just one person. Maybe it's a whole town full of people!

My Darling wife, 18 years my junior, for everything she does to look after me in my really DARK times. For her love and devotion to my needs and to our live's journey that we face it together.

To ALL of my friends worldwide who are really FRIENDS, no matter what?
