I have increased my sweets intake definitely. I also may have put on a few pounds. I have taken up many of my old hobbies. I'm a published author, so I have been writing a lot more due to the lockdown. On the bright side, I have two rescue dogs so I get plenty of exercise with them. Hopefully it balances out.

Ah it’s been a bit boring during the lockdown but I had a half acre of lawn that had got over grown so it gave me time to clean it up ,so I was able to do a little every day and now the grandchildren have plenty room for play when they can come again ,I,m fairly reserved when it comes to eating I don’t overdo it but I’m sure I have added a few pounds ,excersise wise I try to walk every day cause I have a small dog who loves walking so he motivates me ,I’m sure mentally it could b challenging for people who like freedom but I don’t mind as I know it will end whenever ,my health is more imprortant

I've been monitoring my epilepsy medication for 12 plus weeks, so have had to be careful with over-exertion. Now I've hopefully got the right dosage in my system, I can start walking again even if its for a short walk each day until I get back to normal.
I had to visit the doctor yesterday due to severe cramping and bloating since Monday this week. He made me jump on the scales, asked the question 'have you lost weight' and measured my height as usual. I said 'I don't think so, I've probably put it on', to which his response was' you have'! That's a warning!
He then sent me to A&E for investigation and after approximately 4 hours of having bloods done and xrays, I was sent home with more meds! It never seems to stop.

I haven't been eating anymore than usual. I have tried a few things online like armchair Tai chi and armchair yoga, I have also done quite a bit of meditation which helps keep my spirits up

@Bebbabe53 10 pound on had shock but I been eating out chew telling my self it's not choc late well it's worse than chocolate bags sugar ,well I got to get back on my exante diet get it off

How are you today?
For many of us, the lockdown has led us to pick up a few bad habits: snacking, more time in front of the telly and less exercise. According to a study backed by the British Obesity Society, nearly 50% of British people say they have put on weight since lockdown began in March, with more than 16% gaining five pounds or more in the first six weeks.
Now that the good spring weather is on its way, let's motivate one another to get back into shape!
How have you experienced the lockdown in terms of diet and activity? Are you ready to take part in our challenge?
What are you doing to get back into sport or exercise? What kind of sport do you do? How often do you do it?
