Osteoarthritis: Pain relief

Thank you for starting this important discussion. I’m really sorry to hear that you’re experiencing pain due to osteoarthritis, it can be so challenging to deal with. There are many different approaches that might help, depending on the type of pain you’re experiencing, like OTC medications, prescription treatments, or even physical therapy and heat therapy. Have you reached out to your GP about this yet?
