hello @Rosiesue me for the pain sometimes I take tramadol, but you have to see if you can take it while taking your usual meds, I don't know what you are taking and tiredness I am afraid that aside from taaking naps and trying to stay a bit active I can't tell you much... dunno if someone else has some better advise :)

Hello @Rosiesue and @ChristyT I know I don't have MS and it can be different the tiredness you can get with that condition, but a while ago I used to be tired all the time and I read a really useful article on internet which gives some home remedies for tiredness that have helped me a lot. I can say the three big ones where to change my alimentation, do more sport but the right one for me and sleep enough... but there are others like putting two drops of peppermint on a tissue and smelling it.
Food with potasium are essential and eating spinach once a day!!! You can also take natural suplements as Ginseng....
You can read the whole article here http://www.besthealthmag.ca/best-you/home-remedies/natural-home-remedies-fatigue#a5EUXuqE1E82Rkue.97
I hope it helps.
All the best,
Gilda

For pain the GP gave me Gabapentin. It helps but makes me sleepier than ever. I use cannabinoid tincture when I can afford it. Works a treat on both. I wish it was available on the NHS.x
