I am suffering really badly not only with my fibromyalgia pain, but also with my osteoarthritis. The cold weather is getting into my finger and knee joints especially, and my fibromyalgia well I have just gone through a massive flare up for the last week, which has left me exhausted and still in increased pain to my usual base line. At this time I am not a happy bunny at all.

I go to bed with socks on and have a hot water bottle to keep my feet warm. And one each at my sides to keep me warm. Also laying on a fleece blanket is good for keeping warm.at night
When I go out I put 2 pairs of socks 1 pair being thermal socks on with boots, I have been wearing tuber grip on my knee due to the cold weather. Thinsulate gloves are great for cold hands they seem to have two layers of fabric. Hope some of these ideas are helpful to other people who like myself have fibromyalgia

Hi all, yes the cold weather really bites at my limbs, my hands, shins and thighs really seem to burn. It's quite painful. I wear thermal leggings that do seem to help.

I folks sorry haven't been on site for a while I have not been well past few months. And had a minor knee op Last?month to have the cartliidge shaved fluid and a cist removed. How are people who have fibromyalgia coping with the cold weather and how cold it is at present?
