Crushing muscle spasms in torso

I'm Mo and wanted to say that I can relate to all your symptoms.  I also have the same crushing pains and despite taking Lyrica and other tablets, nothing helps.  I too sleep a great deal and also sweat profusely.  So much so that I don't go out much these days, I just can't stand the hot weather either.  I'm sorry that I don't have any answers and can't really advise you other than to say take each day as it comes.  My life revolves around Fibro and I am unable to make plans, as I don't know how I'm going to feel. I try to know my limits and don't try to overdo things on my good days either, otherwise I'm wiped out the day after.  I had an attack which wiped me out for 3 days last week and felt slighlty better on the 4th day, unfortunately you have to learn to give in to it and be patient until you feel better.
