Hi, I work from home now and it has transformed my ability to work when not feeling great. There are so many benefits for people with health conditions having the ability to work from home. I find it helps my mental health because it gives me the opportunity to focus on other things that don't revolve around my health. Even simple things like being able to wear comfortable clothes and move around as required. I have not needed to miss any of my shifts due to my fibromyalgia since starting to work from home. Therefore I think it could be the way forward for many people.
