Appetite has changed alot since being diagnosed. Portion sizes have decreased and has become very plain food.
Pain and fatigue also causes my intake of food to bearly nothing
Stress is the same as pain and fatigue.

I have noticed over the festive season I have eaten a lot of sugar, pavlova, sweets, etc. I am in such a flare up now and i am convienced it’s the sugar intake that’s caused it. Swelling in my lower legs feet’s hands, just sore all over.
anyone else feel like this after sugary foods ?
