Hi @Rhinoriggs
How are you doing today?
I am sorry to hear about your intimacy struggles, indeed, it does sound like it could be a challenge for a new relationship. As always, check with your doctor to see if they can offer any kind of treatment and have open communication with your partner about your condition and what they can do to help. I will also tag a few other members who may have experienced something similar and can offer you some personal advice.

Do you have trouble being intimate due to your condition? How do you deal with episodes during sex? What does your partner do? How have you navigated this type of situation?
Let’s share for @Rhinoriggs
Take care,
Lizzi from the Carenity team

Thinking of you regarding this subject matter. I know when put on AED's my intimacy levels declined but we still have a good marriage and communicate well. Perhaps speak to the doctor for any suggestions in this regard.

I have had difficulty having intimacy for 3.5 years now due to ED, performance anxiety, and conflict within my relationship. I fear being celibate all my life. I can't father children and despite having fewer seizures, my level of happiness with life is absent.
I feel I've never had intimacy before.

Anyone else have issues with intimacy and their epilepsy? An orgasm leaves me with a seizure ... every single time 😔
I have a good relationship but this condition is ruining our closeness.
Anyone else relate?
